The incident took place at Village Mana Bangla in Unnao District and the video went viral on July 12.

Visuals showed after heavy rain, a village road was covered in thick mud, causing severe travel difficulties for both vehicles and pedestrians. The muddy conditions make the road look extremely risky. The person recording the video is heard saying how every year, after the rains, their village road becomes muddy because the government has not yet provided a paved road.
