Glass igloo restaurant’ fetches tourists in northern India
Northern India’s Jammu and Kashmir now has a new tourist attraction in the form of ‘glass igloo restaurant’ which has added to the snowy scenic beauty.
This restaurant was inaugurated in front of the Kolahoi Green Heights hotel in Baramulla district on March 5.
Visuals showed the igloo restaurant’ in the midst of the area covered completely by thick layers of snow. Snowfall continued to take place and it was a sight, especially from the inside of this restaurant. This restaurant consisted of three igloo-like structures built at a short distance from one another. Every igloo had a table and some chairs and it was decorated with grass mats and flower pots on the sides.
Not just this but these igloos also have heating arrangements inside which would provide comfort to the tourists as they enjoyed their meals while being seated inside them.
As per a report, the hotel’s General Manager Hamid Masoodi said that it was an attempt to introduce a new concept to promote tourism in the area. Also he stated that he took this idea from Finland and introduced this concept as a first in the country.
They have several fun activities and facilities to engage in.
