The incident occurred in the Akota Stadium area of Vadodara district and the video went viral on August 29.
Visuals showed the crocodile lying atop a house completely engulfed in water. The surrounding area is also flooded, endangering both human and animal habitats and raising serious concerns.
According to reports, the situation in Gujarat is deteriorating due to relentless heavy rains. Vadodara has been especially affected, with torrential rains creating severe flood conditions. The inundation has severely disrupted normal life, and animals, including crocodiles, are encroaching on residential areas. This alarming situation has caused widespread panic and astonishment among the residents.
