An official of the Delhi Fire Service had a thick rope tied around his chest and he was gradually lowered into the deep well where the dog had fallen into. The other officials ensured this operation took place with extreme care and caution as the rescuer slowly made his way into the well. He got down there and caught hold of the puppy, which was subsequently pulled out. The official who conducted this rescue was praised for his effort as he made his way out of the well.
