In a significant incident in northern India’s Delhi, a fire broke out at a shoe factory, but fortunately, no casualties were reported.

The incident took place along the Nangloi-Najafgarh road in the West Delhi district on October 20.

According to reports, the fire department has been conducting dousing operations for over five hours. Deputy Fire Officer SK Dua stated that they received the emergency call at 3 PM, and around 28 to 30 vehicles were present at the site to combat the blaze. The factory was closed, and no personnel were inside at the time of the fire. Officials mentioned that once the fire is fully extinguished, a thorough investigation will be conducted.

Earlier in the day, another fire ignited in a residential building near Aadharshila Vidyapeeth in Pitampura, where five fire tenders were dispatched. Fortunately, no casualties occurred in that incident as well, with the fire involving household items on the fourth floor.
