Fire breaks out in handicraft factory in northern India, several fire engines rush to scene

The incident took place at Tanawada area in Jodhpur on October 4.
Visuals showed after a massive fire broke out in the factory, the fire tender team was struggling to extinguish the intense flames. Thick clouds of smoke billowed into the sky as the fire raged, consuming everything in its path. Firefighters, wearing helmets and protective gear, worked tirelessly, spraying powerful jets of water onto the blazing inferno. The bright orange flames illuminated the dark night, while the crackling of burning materials filled the air.
According to reports the blaze, which spread quickly due to the presence of chemicals and furniture, intensified within minutes. Upon receiving the information, fire engines from multiple fire stations—Boranda, Basni, Shastri Nagar, and Nagori Gate—were dispatched to the site.
Three fire engines each from Boranda and Basni, two from Shastri Nagar, and one from Nagori Gate reached the factory. The firefighters worked tirelessly to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby areas. Fortunately, the fire was brought under control without any major casualties, though the extent of the property damage is still being assessed.
