Fire breaks out at garment shop in northern India

by Surya PrakashA massive fire broke out at a garment shop in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.
This incident happened in Nagar Panchayat Bankati of Lalganj police station area, Basti district on April 8.
Visuals showed the harrowing flames engulf the garment shop completely. The flames raged on with severe intensity. A big crowd had gathered in front of the shop and smoke emanated from the building in massive amounts.
It was learnt that the fire was so intense that it rose up to the third floor. The fire caused panic among the people who rushed to douse it.
Villagers and fire tenders arrived at the spot to combat the flames. After a lot of effort, the flames were successfully doused.
