Family discovers highly venomous wall’s Krait snakes twisting under bed in India, rescued safely
A family was met with a terrifying surprise when they found two venomous Wall’s krait snakes coiled and twisting under their bed late at night.
The incident took place on October 21.
Visuals showed two huge conch snakes that crawled into the house mating. These two snakes found in the bedroom of the house were caught and released in a safe place.
According to reports, in a shocking late-night incident, a family in a rural Indian village faced an alarming discovery: two highly venomous Wall’s krait snakes locked in a twisting duel beneath their bed. The encounter unfolded on Monday night, and a now-viral video shared by Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Parveen Kaswan captured the intense scene.
Kaswan revealed that his team received an emergency SOS call from the family, who spotted the reptiles tangled in what appeared to be a dramatic battle. The Wall’s krait species, known for its potent venom, can be lethal to humans, making the situation even more dangerous.
Kaswan’s team acted quickly, responding to the distress call and ensuring the safe removal of the snakes from the home. In the video, the two snakes are seen entwined in a striking display, which experts say could be part of a mating ritual or territorial combat.
Once safely captured, the snakes were later released into a wild habitat, far from human dwellings, ensuring both the safety of the family and the preservation of the wildlife.
The incident has sparked wide interest, especially on social media, where the video garnered thousands of views and comments, with many people expressing relief that the situation was handled without harm to the family or the reptiles.
