Fable turns real! Man carries child mirroring Lord Vasudev amidst torrential rain in western India
In a remarkable incident in western India’s Gujarat, a man was hailed as a modern-day Krishna after rescuing a child during torrential rain.
The incident took place in Kalol district on August 26.
Visuals showed the area submerged in water amidst heavy downpours. A man, alongside two rescue officials, was seen carrying a child above his head, mirroring the mythological scene of Lord Vasudev carrying Lord Krishna across the Yamuna River.
According to reports, the rescue occurred on the night of Krishna Janmashtami, coinciding with torrential rains that have severely impacted Gujarat. The state is currently facing relentless rainfall, leading to widespread flooding and significant disruption in the lives of locals.
