In a tragic event, an elderly man suffered a heart attack while he was offering Namaz in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.
The incident took place at Adarsh Colony at Muradnagar Masjid, Ghaziabad on May 1.
Visuals showed the man is deeply engaged in his prayers when he suddenly begins to display signs of discomfort. Moments later, he collapses to the ground, clutching his chest in apparent agony, suggesting severe chest pain. Shortly after, several others rush to his aid, seeking to offer assistance.
An elderly man, Haji Hanif, aged 70, went to the thatched roof mosque in Adarsh Colony, Muradnagar, on Wednesday evening to offer prayers. Tragically, he suffered a heart attack and passed away while seated for namaz. The entire event was captured by a CCTV camera installed on the mosque premises and has since gone viral on social media.

Reports indicate that Haji Hanif was offering his prayers alone in the mosque when he suddenly collapsed backward. This prompted immediate assistance from those nearby, who rushed him to the local hospital. Sadly, he was pronounced dead by the attending doctor. Family members have attributed his passing to a heart attack.
