In a startling incident in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh, a dilapidated house collapsed, scattering debris and startling locals in the vicinity.
The incident took place in the Kotwali Nagar police station area of Etah district on September 28.

Visuals showed a narrow street where individuals walked casually, when suddenly, the wall of the old house collapsed, sending bricks and debris scattering across the area. Those walking nearby narrowly escaped being caught in the wreckage as they quickly fled the scene.
Speaking to Newslions,, SHO of Kotwali Nagar, Etah, Mr. Rajesh Chauhan stated that the house belonged to Sanjeev Jain, son of Pranjal Jain. The house was in a severely dilapidated state, and its wall collapsed unexpectedly. A dog was trapped under the debris, though no human casualties or injuries were reported. The incident took place on Saturday between 11:30 and 12:00 pm, but residents were left shaken by the sudden collapse.
