In a startling turn of events, a crocodile was spotted strolling through the narrow lanes of northern India’s Uttar causing widespread alarm among residents. The reptile, which was eventually captured by the forest department, had locals in a state of panic before it was safely removed.

 

The incident took place at Nangla Soti village in the Bijnor district and the video went viral on August 7.

Visuals showed in a rural village, a crocodile was spotted wandering along a narrow path between several houses. The scene was chaotic as a local dog incessantly barked at the reptile, running around and agitating it. In the midst of this commotion, a man present at the scene kicked the crocodile forcefully. The impact caused the crocodile to move faster, intensifying the panic among the onlookers. People scattered in fear, fleeing the area as the crocodile, now more agitated, continued to move swiftly through the village streets.

 

The peaceful ambiance of Nangla Soti village in Bijnor was disrupted when a crocodile made an unexpected appearance in the village streets. The sight of the large reptile casually moving through the narrow alleys sent shockwaves through the community, leading to immediate concern and fear among the villagers.

 

According to reports, the crocodile’s presence was first noticed by local residents who were quick to alert the forest department. The situation quickly escalated as villagers, already on edge, watched anxiously while the crocodile roamed freely. Adding to the chaos was a local dog that appeared to be agitating the crocodile, further intensifying the situation.
