Concerns rise among passengers as water leaks in metro during torrential downpour in western India

In a concerning incident in western India’s Maharashtra, water leakage was observed in a compartment of metro, alarming passengers.

The incident took place in Mumbai city on September 24.

Visuals showed the water dripping inside the Metro train compartment, with passengers displaying mixed reactions—some looking at the dripping water with amusement while others expressed concern.

According to reports, Mumbai experienced cloudy skies and moderate to heavy rains this morning. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted continued cloudy conditions, with heavy rains expected later in the day as well.
