A cyclist died after he was hit by a pickup truck in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.

This incident happened on the Lucknow Ballia highway in Gosaiganj police station area on May 22.

The chilling moment when the cyclist was hit from behind was recorded on CCTV camera. The cyclist was struck from behind and the truck sped away after this accident. According to a report, the victim has been identified as a 39-year-old named Rizwan who was going to the market on his cycle. It was when he was struck by the speeding vehicle. The vehicle further dragged the cycle away after hitting it and the two-wheeler was recovered from Ugharpur.

Rizwan was rushed to the medical college by his family but the doctors declared him dead.
