Chaos erupts in central India’s warehouse as five-foot cobra discovered
In a terrifying incident in central India’s Madhya Pradesh, a five-foot-long cobra entered a warehouse, creating chaos and concern among the workers.
The incident took place at Dharmashree warehouse, located on Pagara Road in Sagar district on August 8.
Visuals showed the snake catcher arriving at the scene and beginning the rescue operation. With the assistance of porters, sacks were removed from the warehouse, revealing the cobra hiding among them. After some difficulty, the snake catcher successfully captured the cobra, which hissed angrily upon being caught.
According to reports, the cobra was discovered when a porter reached to pick up the sacks and was stunned to see the snake. The warehouse descended into commotion as the workers quickly informed the snake catcher, Akhil Baba.
Reportedly, Akhil Baba stated that the snake was about five feet long and belonged to the highly venomous cobra species. He suggested that the snake might have entered the warehouse due to water filling in the holes during the rainy season or in search of rats. He advised people to maintain cleanliness around their homes and to be cautious while traveling in the dark during this season.
