Cannabis cartel’s son attacks salon owner’s son in northern India
In a shocking incident in northern India Uttar Pradesh, the son of a cannabis mafia brutally assaulted the son of a local salon operator.
The incident took place in TP Nagar police station area of Meerut district on July 16.
Visuals showed 6-7 masked men arriving on bikes and swiftly entering the salon. They immediately started beating the salon operator’s son with belts and kicks. Onlookers remained distressed and shocked by the brutality of the attack, but none intervened to stop the assault.
According to reports, the altercation began after Bablu, the salon operator, reported the accused to the police, sparking a rivalry. On Tuesday, Sikandar, son of cannabis cartel leader Shashi Lodhan, along with his accomplices, including a known criminal named Titu, attacked Bablu’s son, Aman alias Vansh, while Bablu was absent.
TP Nagar police station in-charge Jitendra Singh stated that they are aware of the viral video and are actively searching for the suspects, promising strict action against the perpetrators.

The victim’s family claims that despite filing a complaint, the police have not arrested the assailants, leaving the community in fear. They also accuse the police of colluding with the cannabis cartel. Due to the police’s inaction, the family plans to escalate the matter to higher authorities.
