A young calf trapped in a large drain in central India’s Madhya Pradesh was successfully rescued.

The incident took place in Shahdol district on October 20.

Visuals showed a young calf was stuck in a large drain, visibly frightened but unharmed. The rescue team arrived promptly and began by comforting the calf, gently patting it to calm its nerves. After earning its trust, the team carefully tied a rope around the calf’s body, making sure it was secure.
