Bus accident in southern India leaves eight injured
A public transportation bus met with a severe accident in southern India’s Karnataka.
The incident took place in Nelamangala on Tumakuru Road in Bengaluru on May 18.
Visuals showed the aftermath of the accident with total chaos amongst the people.
The incident occurred when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to collide with a road divider.
The collision resulted in injuries to eight individuals, including the bus driver, the conductor, and six passengers. Emergency services promptly arrived at the scene, and the injured were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The exact cause of the driver’s loss of control is currently under investigation.
Madanayakanahalli is located near Nelamangala, a town on the outskirts of Bangalore, in the state of Karnataka. Tumakuru Road is a major highway connecting Bangalore with the city of Tumakuru.
