The incident took place in Devalhawa village of Siddharthnagar district, and the video went viral on November 19.
Visuals showed jubilant family members on rooftops raining notes into the crowd below. The groom, adorned in traditional attire, sat atop a decorated mare while the atmosphere buzzed with excitement. Meanwhile, a large crowd gathered to pick up the flying notes, adding to the commotion.
According to reports, the extravagant act was part of the wedding of Afzal and Armaan. Relatives and guests contributed to the display, creating a festive and chaotic environment.
