Bull with tin can stuck in mouth rescued after intense struggle in central India

In a tense incident in central India’s Madhya Pradesh, a distressed bull with a tin container stuck in its mouth caused chaos during a rescue operation.

The incident took place in Shahdol district on October 21.

Visuals showed the bull agitated with the tin can lodged in its mouth as rescuers attempted to help. Tying a rope around its neck, they tried to remove the container, but the bull retaliated aggressively, forcing the rescuers to defend themselves from its attacks. Swift thinking led the rescuers to tie a rope around the bull’s feet, distracting it long enough to make it sit down. After a prolonged struggle, the tin can was successfully removed from its mouth.

Speaking to Newslions, Gaurav Rahli Mishra from Atal Kamdhenu Gausewa Sansthan led the rescue, which took place between 6:13 to 6:49 PM. The container had caused a wound on the bull’s jaw, and the assistance of cow caretakers, including Sarthak Mishra and Prakash Sen, along with local residents, was critical in completing the operation.
