In a dramatic rescue operation in central India’s Madhya Pradesh, a cow was saved from a septic tank by a dedicated animal rescue organization.
The incident took place in Shahdol district on September 25.
Visuals showed the cow helplessly stranded in the septic tank, with rescuers employing a rope around her neck to aid in her extraction. A rescuer was seen gripping the cow by her horns, gradually pulling her up until she was submerged only to her neck. Subsequently, the rope was secured to a bulldozer, and the cow was safely hoisted out of the tank with the heavy machinery.
Speaking to Newslions, Mr. Gaurav Rahli Mishra, founder of Atal Kamdhenu Gausewa Sansthan, revealed that he led the rescue operation, which lasted from 2:57 to 4:51 PM. He noted that the cow was safely rescued from the septic tank with the assistance of a JCB. The cow had become stuck due to its large size, necessitating the breaking of the septic tank.*Exclusive Video rights*
