Brave animal rescuers save cow trapped in deep well
A group of animal rescuers heroically saves a cow from a deep well, overcoming challenges to ensure its safety.
The incident took place in Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh, central India, on December 20.

Visuals show the cow lying still in a deep well, with no visible movement. One rescuer descended into the well using a rope, while others assisted from outside by holding the ropes. After considerable effort, the cow was pulled out and examined for injuries. Suddenly, she became active and started to get out of control, but the rescuers managed to calm her down to provide further assistance.

Speaking to Newslions, Gaurav Rahul Mishra from the Atal Kamdhenu Gausewa Sansthan, who led the rescue operation, stated that the mission lasted from 4:50 to 5:41 PM. He mentioned that the cow was safely rescued from the well after spending a considerable amount of time in the cold water. Assistance was provided by cow caretakers Prakash, Ashish, Ajay, Dilip Sen, Prahlad, Ankit Yadav, Ashutosh Yadav, and the councilor.
