Bear again spotted at walkway near temple in southern India
Another bear was spotted near the Alpiri walkway in Narasimhaswamy temple in southern India’s Andhra Pradesh.
This happened in Tirumala town of Tirupati district on August 21.
Visuals showed the bear peeping out of a space as flashlights were directed at it. The wild animal then climbed out of the area and walked along its edges before seemingly trying to eat something. As per a report, there were devotees around in the walkway when this bear was spotted and they ran away in fear after the animal was sighted.
However, the matter was soon referred to the forest officials who arrived at the spot and took stock of the situation. They ensured precautionary measures were taken in the area and started working towards the capture of this wild animal.
