The video quickly gained traction, leading to widespread condemnation and concern over the safety of passengers using public transport. In response to the viral video, Mumbai Police tweeted that they have informed the main control room and are looking into the matter.

This incident is not an isolated one, as similar reports of misbehavior by auto drivers have surfaced in other parts of Mumbai, including Kurla Terminus and Bandra. Passengers frequently face harassment and intimidation, raising questions about the regulation and enforcement of rules in the city’s public transport sector.
