Accident averted! Child’s play leads scooter crash into textile shop in southern India

The incident took place at Haripad town in Alappuzha District on August 29.
Visuals showed the scooter ramming into the textile shop, with a child and his guardian seen on the scooter at the time of the crash. The accident was averted as the scooter came to a stop after colliding with stacks of cloth, preventing any injuries.
According to reports, a family had come to the shop to buy clothes, with the husband and child waiting outside on the scooter while the wife shopped inside. The child inadvertently pressed the accelerator, causing the scooter to lose control and crash into the shop. Fortunately, no one was harmed in the incident.
