A car lost control and smashed into restaurant glass in western India’s Gujarat.

The incident took place in Sarabhai Atlantis K Ten near Genda Circle in Gorwa Police Station area of Vadodara city on May 2.

Visuals showed that a car recklessly came and hit the restaurant’s glass entrance.

According to the reports, there were no casualties in the incident. However, due to the negligence of the car driver, the restaurant owner has incurred significant losses. The police responded to the situation, and CCTV footage of the entire incident has emerged.

Following the commotion, bystanders alerted the Gorwa police, who promptly arrived at the scene and arrested the driver. The restaurant manager claimed that the driver appeared intoxicated, a concern he had previously raised.

Subsequently, a settlement was reached between the car driver and the restaurant owner, leading to no formal complaint being filed. The police clarified that the incident occurred late at night, attributing it to the driver accidentally activating the accelerator while asleep. They dismissed allegations of deliberate destruction by the driver.
