Indian army’s daredevils create tallest human pyramid on moving motorcycles, setting new world record

The Indian Army’s motorcycle display team, Daredevils, set a new world record by forming the tallest human pyramid on moving motorcycles, showcasing their precision and skill.

The event took place at Kartavya Path in New Delhi, northern India, on January 20, 2025.

According to reports, the Daredevils, part of the Indian Army’s Corps of Signals, are celebrated for their exceptional motorcycle display skills. The team has achieved 33 world records, with entries in the Guinness World Records, Asia Book of Records, and Limca Book of Records.

The Daredevils recently set a new world record by constructing the tallest human pyramid on moving motorcycles. A total of 40 team members created a 20.4-foot-high pyramid on seven motorcycles, covering a distance of 2 kilometers from Vijay Chowk to India Gate.

Following the record-breaking feat, a reception was held at India Gate, attended by members of the Signals Corps. Lieutenant General KV Kumar, Chief of the Corps of Signals, commended the team’s remarkable achievement in an official statement.

Established in 1935, the Daredevils have showcased their skills in over 1,600 motorcycle performances across India. Their displays have been highlights of prominent events such as the Republic Day Parade, Army Day Parade, and Military Tattoos.

The team’s precision, daring stunts, and impeccable discipline continue to reflect the Indian Army’s commitment to excellence.

This historic performance will be showcased again at the Republic Day parade on January 26.
