Ordinary farmer forms extraordinary bond with monkeys

A 30-year-old farmer, Pushpendra Maurya, has become a beloved figure among monkeys through his heartfelt dedication to feeding and caring for them.

This heartwarming story comes from Shree Balaji Dham in Dhilwari village, Bareilly district, Uttar Pradesh, northern India on on October 07.

Visuals show a delightful scene: Pushpendra carrying a sack of fresh eggplant and stepping into a large group of monkeys. As he opens the sack, the monkeys eagerly swarm around, grabbing their share of food and scattering across the farm, joyfully munching on their meal.

Speaking to Newslions, Pushpendra shared his deep love for animals, which extended beyond the monkeys. He also fed cows and other strays around his farm, driven by a heart full of compassion and a love for spending time with them to ensure they were cared for.

Pushpendra’s actions reflect the beauty of coexistence and compassion, reminding us of the bond humans can share with the creatures around them. His story is a testament to how small acts of kindness can create harmony between humans and nature.
