Massive fire engulfs tent godown in eastern India, sparks panic amongst locals
In a dramatic incident in eastern India’s West Bengal, a massive fire completely destroyed a tent godown.
The incident took place in Daknikata village of Darjeeling district on November 14.

Visuals showed the terrifying scene as flames erupted from the building, casting an ominous glow in the dark hours. Thick smoke billowed into the night sky, while locals, visibly alarmed, scrambled to safeguard themselves and their belongings from the raging inferno.

According to reports, the godown stored clothes and wooden materials used for making pandals. The fire brigade promptly arrived at the scene, working tirelessly to control the blaze. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the fire, which remains unknown.
