In a disturbing incident in southern India’s Telangana, an elderly man succumbed to his injuries after being attacked by a speeding motorbike rider.

The incident took place in the Alwal area of Hyderabad district on September 30.

Visuals showed the moment when the biker, enraged by the elderly man’s request to slow down, reacted violently. After stopping his bike, the rider, who had a woman and a child as passengers, rushed aggressively toward the elderly man, identified as Anjaneyulu, and knocked him to the ground while bystanders watched in disbelief. Despite attempts by the woman to calm him, the attack escalated.

According to reports, Mr. Anjaneyulu was rushed to a private hospital, where his family faced heavy medical expenses in an attempt to save him. Unfortunately, he passed away on October 17. A case was registered at Alwal Police Station under the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, and the accused has since been arrested, with further investigations underway.
