Visuals showed a man on a bike speeding past a schoolgirl walking on the road, swiftly pulling her scarf and fleeing the scene. The sudden act left the girl visibly shaken and frightened.

The incident occurred in the Bilgram area and was caught on CCTV. In the footage, a group of schoolgirls can be seen walking when a man on a bike approaches from the opposite direction. As he passes by, he grabs the scarf of one of the girls, causing her to stumble into the middle of the road. Luckily, she managed to regain her balance and avoided falling, but the incident has raised serious concerns about public safety.
The video, now widely circulated on social media, has sparked outrage. This comes after a similar incident in Ambedkar Nagar, where a schoolgirl lost her life after a biker snatched her scarf, causing her to fall into the path of another vehicle. In this case, the girl was fortunate that no vehicles were approaching when she stumbled.
Local authorities are investigating the matter and are under pressure to take swift action against the perpetrator. The disturbing rise in such incidents has led to calls for stricter law enforcement and increased surveillance in public areas to ensure the safety of women and girls.
