In a heart-stopping incident in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh, police saved the life of a man attempting suicide by jumping from the 28th floor.

The incident took place in the Sector -39 police station area of Gautam Buddha Nagar district and the incident went viral on September 29.

Visuals showed swift police action as officers engaged in conversation with the man on the 28th floor. Within moments, policemen showed quick thinking and pulled the man away from the edge when they saw an opportunity.

According to reports, a distress call was received, and Noida Police’s Dial 112 unit responded immediately. Head Constables Vivek and Manoj Kumar from PRV 3831 reached the location and used their communication skills to talk to the man, emphasizing the value of life. As the conversation continued, both officers seized a brief window to rescue him by pulling him away from danger.
