A leopard chased away two dogs in the middle of the road at night in south India’s Andhra Pradesh.

The incident took place near the Sri Vari Mettu area of Tirumala Temple in Tirupati on September 28.

Visuals showed the leopard sprinting after two barking dogs on a nearly deserted road at night. The dogs, startled and defensive, barked loudly as the leopard neared the security control room. In a display of agility and dominance, the leopard eventually chased the dogs away, asserting its presence in the eerie, quiet surroundings.

Worried about a potential attack from the leopard, the TTD security personnel quickly retreated into the control room and secured the door. Forest officials were promptly notified about the situation.
