Heartwarming rescue! Cat trapped in well for four days rescued by animal rescuers in central India

In a heartwarming incident in central India’s Madhya Pradesh, a cat trapped in a well for four days was successfully rescued by dedicated animal rescuers.

The incident took place in Shahdol district on September 22.

Visuals showed the tense moment as rescuers employed a rope tied to a bucket to bring the cat to safety. After being pulled from the well, the feline was seen darting into the nearby dense garden area, finally free and safe.

Speaking to Newslions, Mr. Gaurav Rahli Mishra from Atal Kamdhenu Gausewa Sansthan stated that he led the rescue operation, which lasted from 6:04 PM to 6:50 PM. Mr. Mishra confirmed that the cat had been stuck in the well located within a railway colony but was ultimately rescued without harm. The operation was supported by fellow rescuers Prakash Sen, Avneesh Dubey, Rupesh Mishra, Amar Soni, and Amit Gupta.
