Snake slithers through hospital in central India sparking panic among patients

The incident took place in the District Hospital of Sagar district on September 19.
Visuals showed the snake slithering through the hospital corridors, occasionally moving along the walls, as distressed onlookers gathered to witness the unsettling scene. Many patients and visitors expressed fear and concern over the safety of the hospital environment.
According to reports, the hospital has frequently faced complaints about the unsafe surroundings, with sightings of animals like dogs and cats roaming the premises. In this particular case, the snake, believed to be venomous, posed a serious threat to those present. Reportedly, after hospital authorities failed to respond to complaints about the snake, locals took matters into their own hands and killed it. The matter still remains under investigation.
