Tree falls on auto rickshaw in southern India; auto driver injured, passengers escape unhurt

The incident took place at Jayanagar 4th Block in Bengaluru and the video went viral on September 4.
Visuals showed a large branch from a tree had fallen onto an autorickshaw, lying across it dramatically. The branch was substantial, covering a significant portion of the vehicle, which was partially crushed beneath it. A group of people had gathered around the scene, working together to move the heavy branch of the auto-rickshaw. The crowd had amassed nearby, observing the efforts and adding to the commotion. The scene was chaotic with onlookers anxiously watching as the branch was being cleared and emergency services arrived to address the situation.

The autorickshaw was carrying two passengers, a father-son duo, who miraculously escaped without any injuries. However, the driver of the autorickshaw sustained injuries and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
