350 dance artists perform Sri Rama Ramayana for international record in southern India

In a remarkable event, 350 dance artists from around the world gathered at Sri Raghavendra Swamigala Mutt in southern India’s Andhra Pradesh to set an international record by performing the Srinama Ramayana.

 

The incident took place at Sri Raghavendra Swamigala Mutt in Mantralayam in Kurnool district on August 25.

Visuals showed in the serene surroundings of the Sri Raghavendra Swamy Temple, 350 girls performed a mesmerizing classical dance, their graceful movements enhanced by stunning costumes and intricate makeup. The vibrant colors of their attire shimmered under the light, adding to the beauty of the dance. The atmosphere was electric as they moved in perfect harmony, creating a captivating visual display. Around the temple, numerous onlookers sat in awe, their eyes fixed on the enchanting performance, fully immersed in the beauty and artistry unfolding before them.

 

Rai350 dance artists simultaneously performed the Sri Nama Ramayanam in the premises of Sri Raghavendra Swamigala Mutt, Mantralaya, achieving an international record. The event was organized under the auspices of Sri Raghavendra Swamigala Math of Mantralaya and the Channarayapatna National Classical Dance Academy.

 

Participants included artists from Japan, Germany, Indonesia, and various parts of India. They performed collectively on the same stage for 15 minutes, dancing to the song “Sri Nama Ramayanam.” The program was inaugurated by Shri Subudendra Theertha Swamiji, with National Classical Dance Academy General Secretary Dr. Swati P. Bharadwaj and other important figures in attendance.
