Tragic accident occurs in western India after woman gets crushed under tanker

The incident took place on Mira road of Thane district on August 6.
Visuals showed the tragic moment, showing the sequence of events leading up to the accident. The incident occured when she attempted to overtake a tanker near bus stop number fifteen. She lost control of her vehicle and was crushed under the rear wheel of the tanker.
According to reports, the deceased, identified as 39-year-old Vaibhavi Desai, was a resident of the GCC Road area in Mira Road. Desai was on her way to pick up her son from school. Police authorities have detailed the incident, confirming the involvement of a tanker and the unfortunate demise of the motorcyclist.
Assistant Police Inspector Pravin Bhosale of Mira Road Police Station confirmed that the police have registered a case and taken the tanker driver into custody. The investigation is ongoing, with authorities ensuring that all aspects of the incident are thoroughly examined.
