Doctor saves cowherd’s life in southern India after he suffers heart attack

In a remarkable act of heroism, an RMP doctor saved the life of a cowherd who suffered a heart attack in southern India’s Telangana.

The incident took place in Thimmapuram village in Bhadradri Kothagudem District on July 19.

Visuals showed a cowherd lay unconscious by the roadside after suffering a heart attack. Nearby, a doctor was administering CPR in a desperate attempt to save his life. The scene showed the doctor performing chest compressions with focused urgency, while onlookers stood by, witnessing the critical moment.

According to reports a cowherd fell on the road due to a heart attack. Nannapuram RMP Dr. Punnaiah, who happened to be passing by, immediately performed CPR and saved the cowherd’s life. The quick-thinking and decisive action of Dr. Punnaiah was met with applause and congratulations from the villagers, who were deeply grateful for his timely intervention.
