The incident is reported to have happened at National Highway 75 near Kunigal in the Tumakaru district on February 7.
Visuals showed the chilling moment when the car overturned after hitting the concrete barrier. The car lost control as it sped through on the road and it struck the barrier hard, after which it flipped over and crashed into another car, which was parked nearby. Soon after the accident, a group of people rushed to the spot and attempted to rescue the ones inside the overturned car.
It was learnt that four people survived in this accident.
