Shocking domestic violence incident in northern India: husband assaults wife

The incident occurred in the village of Gumna Wara, under the jurisdiction of the Pichor police station in Nawabad district, Jhansi on June 25.
Visuals showed a man beating up a woman on the road and people casually passing by like nothing was happening.
According to reports, the husband, identified as Shivam Yadav, son of Kamal Singh Yadav, was seen attacking his wife, Mrs. Mohini.
Mrs. Mohini filed a complaint at the Nawabad police station. Authorities have registered a case based on her complaint and have conducted a medical examination of the victim to document her injuries.
The police have assured that further legal action is being taken to ensure justice for Mrs. Mohini. The incident highlights the importance of social media in bringing such issues to light and the ongoing battle against domestic abuse.
