Leopard kills dog in southern India, sparking concern among residents

In a troubling incident, a leopard killed a pet dog in southern India’s Kerala, causing alarm among local residents. 

The incident took place in Meppadi area of Wayanad district on June 19.

Visuals showed how stealthily the leopard entered the house, went near the pet dog of the house and attacked it making a lot of noise along with startling the poor dog, who couldn’t do a thing in fear.

According to reports, the attack occurred late in the evening, with the leopard entering a residential area and targeting the dog.
