A woman got miserably attacked by a stray cow in western India’s Gujarat.

The incident took place in Modasa of Aravalli district on June 16.

Visuals showed the woman going on a bike with a man. A stray cow suddenly chased them, forcing the man to stop his bike abruptly to avoid a collision. However, the cow attacked the woman, causing her to fall from the bike. Subsequently, the cow continued to chase and attack her.

Furthermore, the visuals showed that despite efforts by her husband and others to rescue her, the cow remained aggressive, causing further harm to the woman. Eventually, an employee from a nearby petrol pump intervened with a stick and managed to free her from the animal’s grip.

According to reports, the woman sustained serious injuries and was immediately rushed to hospital for treatment.
