Woman sent flying after speeding car collides in western India
by ShravyaIn a miserable car accident a woman was awfully hit by a speeding car in western India’s Maharashtra.
The horrific accident took place at Swaraj Chowk in Pimpri Chinchwad on June 12.
Visuals showed the spine chilling scenario of the woman being hit by the car that was speeding at a very high speed. The woman flung into the air after being hit by the car before falling some distance away. The locals were immediately seen to approach her for aid.
According to reports, DCP Shivaji Pawar stated, “In an accident with a white Wagon R, the victim Rekha was injured. She is stable now. The accused, who is a 24-year-old, has been taken into custody and the car seized.”
According to officials, the senior police officer also confirmed that the driver of the car was not drunk and that prima facie, it appeared that he lost control of the vehicle.
