In a tragic incident that has shocked the local community, a man named Arshad was shot dead at point-blank range in front of his three minor children at a club in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.

The incident took place in Meerut on June 4.

Visuals showed Arshad was speaking with a man at the crowded club when a man approached unnoticed and shot him in the head at close range. Arshad had taken his two daughters and son for a swim when Bilal, the alleged shooter, approached and fatally shot him in the head.

The incident, shows Arshad talking to another man moments before the shooting. Police revealed that Arshad and Bilal had a recent heated argument over money, and both had several criminal cases against them. A search operation is currently underway to apprehend Bilal, who fled the scene.
