Stray dog attacks woman in middle of road in northern India

by Komal KashyapA woman and child were attacked by a stray dog in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.
The incident occurred in sector Beta – 1 Greater Noida, specifically on the 13th cross street near Rampur in the Gautam Buddh Nagar district on May 12.
Footage depicted a woman and child strolling down the street when a stray dog suddenly attacked the woman. Fortunately, a nearby guard and the woman managed to rescue her from the attack.
According to the report, Harendra Bhati, a resident of the area and a member of the Active Citizen team, reported that Kavita, a neighbor, was bitten and harmed by a stray dog the previous evening. The dog in question is said to be rabid, having bitten and harmed numerous individuals.
