In a startling incident, a 15-foot-long python attacked a man in central India’s Madhya Pradesh.
The incident took place in Kalyanpur village of Jabalpur district on July 21.
Visuals showed a villager went to the forest to defecate when suddenly a 15-foot-long python attacked him. The snake attempted to swallow the man, wrapping its tail around his neck. Displaying quick thinking, the man managed to save himself by grabbing the python’s mouth and crying out for help. Hearing his screams, other villagers rushed to the scene. They found the python fully constricting the man. Fearlessly, the villagers worked together to pry the python off the man, ultimately rescuing him.
According to reports, the man, identified as Ramesh, was walking near a forested area when the massive snake suddenly lunged at him. He struggled to free himself from the python’s grip, and his desperate cries for help alerted nearby residents.

Local villagers quickly came to his aid, using sticks and other tools to fend off the snake and rescue Ramesh. Fortunately, he sustained only minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
